滌綸針刺氈是采用非織造針刺工藝?yán)美w維交錯排列，空隙分布均勻的細(xì)纖維布，以滌綸短纖維與滌綸有捻紗所生產(chǎn)的針刺氈表面經(jīng)熱軋、燒毛或涂層等后處理，使其表面平整光滑，不易被粉塵所堵塞，此濾料空隙率大，透氣性能較好，用途極為廣泛，抗化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性強，不僅可以過濾常溫氣體，而且可過濾含有酸堿的腐蝕性氣體，并可濾水，濾油，是常溫工況。液固分離等領(lǐng)域理想的過濾材料。
